Negative experience: Type de professionnel qui parle à 2 clients différents en même temps, un au téléphone et l'autre dans le bureau, et n'arrive à bien servir ni l'un ni l'autre. Avoir accès à un logiciel de réservation ne fait pas de toi un conseiller en voyage.
