Negative experience: Well called multicultural travel to book an international flight after taking all the information i was told that i will be receiving a call within 10 mins . Never received one i called last week.

Negative experience: Worst experience! Go through airlines directly or Expedia / Skyscanner are much better than these guys! Do not recommend! Bobby sucks!

Negative experience: Very unfriendly behavior, the lady that was there did not offer me to sit, but she had me standing while she was taking my name and where I am interested to travel. Finally, she told me that I would have to pay 105 dollars for her to search. I was very disappointed with the customer service.

Negative experience: I contacted this organization to get a receipt for some travel that was paid for. The person I spoke to would not let me speak, kept speaking over me and was unwilling to help or listen in any way. Very rude and spent a lot of time trying to gaslight me. Be careful if you buy through these people. I wouldn't want to see what would happen if you had trouble with any of your arrangements . Needless to say I will not be recommending these people for anything based on this one interaction.

Negative experience: I am disappointed in their service as I contacted then hearing positive feedbacks. The staff was misguiding and I felt the info given was wrong. So I asked him to double check it for me, he was so confident that he refused to check. After the call, I did my research and found that he was providing the wrong info.

Negative experience: Super disappointed with their service, the staff are very unprofessional and the guy I was speaking to super cocky. relax buddy you’re in a business service and this job. Btw this job not gonna exist for very long. About six years ago I booked a plane ticket with these people I paid for it and after returning from my trip they charge me extra 200 additional dollars because they did not charge me that at the beginning felt like a total scam

Negative experience: I believe majority of the agents may be good but one specific agent relayed incorrect information which is very bad as people are very dependent on travel agents for guidance during these uncertain times in Covid where rules are changing without notice

Negative experience: Definitely not the best travel agents. You can get much more cheaper prices when you book online tickets by yourself. But customer service is good. I just gave them one star because of the prices. I booked a ticket back in 2018, later i found out it was cheaper on other websites. I felt i was overcharged at that moment. Recently called them to get a price on tickets, but same thing. They were giving me a expensive ticket. So i would try other agencies first

He is not even willing to book small trips or spend time on small trips , customer service has gone down so much . He treats people like he pays the ticket price not the customers , not the way to run a business . Definitely not going back or referring friends or family any more

Positive experience: Not sure about the genuineness of this branch. Charged us $2300/ per ticket in China Eastern Airlines to India, whereas other people bought the ticket for same route/ airline/ destination at $700-$900. How does that work??

Fantastic experience: I have booked ticket through this agency and always have received excellent customer service from Bobby. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and always find the best airfare for us.

Negative experience: Clueless staff who don’t know how to book tickets, disappointing. Misspelled my name, even though they were provided with my passport. It took them over 2 different attempts and 4 different visits to their agency to finally get the right flight info and name onto one ticket. When they ‘corrected’ their mistake, they never cancelled the previous booking which resulted in a lot of confusion at the airport. Due to the two different bookings my baggage ended up being lost when I arrived at my destination. Save yourself the hassle and don’t book from this agency. Turns out saving that extra buck isn’t worth it!

Negative experience: At first I thought this would be better than House of Travel. In the end, it was so unpleasant and disappointing. Innate prejudice never changes!
