Fantastic experience: Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Variety of services that meet many needs.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I attempted to ask for help as a first time traveler. I found the person who answered the phone to be of no help whatsoever. All I they do is book a flight, that's it. If I could give less than one str I would. She was so annoying when she said 4 times they they don't book the tour, when I never asked her to book the tour.

Fantastic experience: They are very helpful, speaks tagalog, easy to deal with and fast transactions.

Positive experience: Fly Friendly Travel Tours is a Great Traveller Agency Corporation to book a flight with, especially if you’re planning to visit the Philippines. Workers are fantastic with an excellent customer service. Workers would go above and beyond to make sure they keep customers updated on the travel restrictions. However, i would say that Fly Friendly is a bit expensive than other traveller agencies I have visited in the past. Beside from being expensive, overall Fly Friendly Travel is fantastic organization and culture Oriented. Great Work.
