Positive experience: I visited this place and there were 2 people working. The lady was quite busy with some papers, so I kept waiting but she did not attend to me at all. I told her I can come again since she's too busy and she finally put the stuff aside. I told her my destination with dates and requested a copy (email or printout) of the quote so I can confirm with my family before buying the tickets but she said they don't give out printouts and can't email either. LOL. The other worker, who was attending other customers, came over and told her how to take a pic of the ticket and print it out. Thx for helping. Please train your staff.

Fantastic experience: Krishna was very thoughtful and ensured we had a smooth travel experience for our honeymoon to Argentina. When we tested positive for COVID-19 on our last day there, she took care of rescheduling our flights with just a WhatsApp message, while we focused on recovering. Her recommendation for travel and COVID-19 insurance was perfect and we had a stress-free trip.

Negative experience: VERY unprofessional and rude service. I have never been disrespected by anyone like this before, let alone a business owner. There was miscommunication (on their part) in regards to passport renewal, which I kindly called Niresh to address and see if I had any other options. I was scolded and was not able to finish my sentences. He has known my uncle since childhood but I will not hesitate to let others know of his attitude and how horribly he treats his clients. I am disgusted and highly suggest that you choose a different travel agent that knows how to communicate and problem solve effectively.

We needed a seat at the last minute due to a family emergency for my mother and they made it happen with in 15 min and we were on our way to airport. I have always gone there for our ticketing needs and always will. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Last month this company helped me renew my passion for traveling after many years. Their staff was very nice and I felt they took the time to help me select the tour that was best for me at this time of my life. It may sound silly but their customer service made me feel like I was family to them and they truly focused on planning an exciting tour for me instead of just being interested in getting money like other companies did. I'm back with a smile on my face. I highly recommend them.

We approached them with the prices quoted by another agency for the similar itinerary and they gave us a fairly better deal. The hotels and the cars were very comfortable and their arrangements made us feel really special.

Negative experience: Very rude behaviour on phone. As per Naresh, this guy who works here, one should not even try checking the connection or price with them and if you do, you should buy it from them only. Absolutely intimidating behaviour stating " if you are checking price somewhere else, you should not waste our time." Please respect and understand your client's rights. They can check and compare air fare and will buy it from the person who gives best fare and better service. This is my first and only review on internet. I am sorry I am adding poor reviews as other people did before. 1 star for taking time and trying to help us.

Negative experience: Very bad service and they lie to us about the luggage allowance. we had to pay exra money at 2 airports,instaed of 1 time at the boarding airport.It was because of the connection flight they issued was not having any contarct between the airlines,so they both charge for the luggages.Never ever go to this people.Rip off service.

Fantastic experience: GREAT experience. I went to India to get my parents in March 2017. I bought three air tickets from Mr. Naresh at Worldwide Travel. one for me and two for my parents. My both parents had Super Visa for Canada so, I bought only one way tickets from Mumbai to Edmonton for both of my parents. When all of us reached at Mumbai airport to come to Canada in May, the checking agent at Lufthansa did not allow my parents to come to Canada on one way tickets. He asked for Return ticket for both of my parents even though they have Super visa. Middle of the night at Mumbai Airport, I was very upset, mad and angry but did not know what to do. Finally, I phoned Worldwide Travel from the Airport and explained the situation to Mr. Naresh. He said," Not to worry, stay at the airport, do not go home. I will do something." Mr. Naresh printed two brand new one way tickets from Edmonton to Mumbai and attached them with previous tickets from Mumbai to Edmonton. He told me to go to the counter and check in now. it worked this time. Ahh.. What a relief ! We all came to Canada together . That day I realized that - how important is to have a approachable Travel agency, who can help you in this kind of situations within the journey. Worldwide Travel you are the best. Mr. Naresh you are the best. Many Many Thanks to you from all of us Mr. Naresh and Worldwide Travel. I also realized that , Agency booking is way more safer than online. I was lucky I did not book on line otherwise I must have end up sent back home to fix all these issues. Regards, Vedika

Negative experience: World wide Travels I Don't recommend this travels. If you book ticket ,check your airline fare on ur ticket before leaving.. I booked the ticket on this travels. He charged me ticket fare + $100 per ticket. I booked 5 tickets. I didn't know he charged me extra cost. Two days later I checked my ticket airline fare. I totally shocked he lied air fare to me. He charged in my MasterCard airline fare + Additional $500 for world wide travels name. I went to asked him. He said $500 was my service charges. Stay away from this travels'.

Negative experience: same experience like the rest , I went there and the guy was very rude and not even friendly at all with some very serious complex and bad attitude and I also tried to call them before I went there and they hang up the phone on me like seriously I was so disappointed why I even went there since the guy who I think he is the owner very rude and not welcoming I will NOT even ever go there or even recommend anyone there , I cant even wish that place for my own enemy

The guy there in his late 50's I believe is the owner ...he is extremely unfriendly, rude, unhelpful and very arrogant. I felt so humiliated after I went there! I will never go back and will not recommend this to anybody!
