Fantastic experience: Our story with our agent Geneviève began in November 2019 when we were booking Disney for October 2020. COVID came and Geneviève handled the refunds for us, without any hassle! We are rebooking our reservation in November 2023 for October 10, 2024. Geneviève is there for us in our preparations, our thousands of questions, and she keeps an eye out for promotions! A few days before our departure... Hurricane Milton hits the day we are supposed to leave. There was no question for Geneviève that we wouldn't be leaving this time! She supported me (the stress was at its peak) and she was able to reschedule everything 2 weeks later! We finally left on October 24 to the Magic country!
