If you want cheap service Fine, I never put a price on his professionalism and still Very competitive pricing, and managing of transit times if any, he is always upfront, gives great advice and does his best, which is a high standard. in today's world of terrible to non existent service, professionals like him are rare. Negative experience: I would never suggest someone to visit Skylawn, they’re overpriced for everything and you can get the better service at other places especially for OCI they’ll charge you $800 (for the complete file) but BLS Montreal only charge you 100$ to fill in the application which also includes courier service (plus there’s OCI fees which you pay on the side) but still you save $$$.

Negative experience: Professional qualities are lacking in the company. When you need help, they make you wait for hours even after promising to call you back. They are quite costly compared to their competitors. There is a great deal of concern due to their inability to speak English or French proficiently.

Negative experience: I strongly advise against using this agency – if I could give it "0" stars, I would. My experience with them was terrible, especially when traveling with a baby. The agent arranged a 27-hour transit, and we ended up spending an extra 600 Euros on hotel accommodation. When I questioned the decision, the response was absurd – apparently, I got a "well-priced ticket" at the cost of paying for my own lodging. Avoid this place, especially the gentleman handling tickets to Bangladesh, especially if you're traveling with kids or elders.

Negative experience: I called to make a reservation for myself and my family for a trip in the summer to Algiers, I left a message in the voicemail, the person called me back two days later, she asked for my information, I gave her all the information regarding my dates, the names, the birth dates, then radio silence, I tried calling, the agent didn't call back, I sent messages, the same thing, no response, one month...two months...three months........still no response, it's really lacking seriousness, I hope the concerned agent recognizes herself in this message and realizes that it really lacks professionalism and is disrespectful, and on top of that, it harms the reputation of the company she represents. Lucky that there are more serious travel agents who show more respect towards clients and with whom I was able to book after this experience.

They scammed me after i booked a ticket with them and i wanted to cancel after. They wouldn't answer or help in any way. Worst flight company ever. Right now i'm sueing them for scamming me. Negative experience: This is a scam company. The agent my brother was dealing with (her name is Roula) kept giving him wrong information and he ended buying duplicate tickets . When he complained to the “president” of the company, he stopped returning his calls !! Eventually he had to sue them for misconduct

When I was in Paris stucked there because Royal Maroc cancelled all international flights without notice ......I called Hamida it was about midnight in Mtl ....when she picked up the phone and did her best in order to find another flight .It was an emergency case and she sorted it out . Negative experience: For the destination Algeria, the so-called advisor is very impolite and arrogant, especially during the high season. She made a mistake with the passengers' names when issuing tickets, and as a result, we had to cancel them to get others with the correct names on them. But the issue is that she didn't even have the decency to apologize; on the contrary, she wanted to charge more. I gave 1 star because we don't have the option to give 0 stars. Avoid this.
