Negative experience: Mrs. Nathalie refuses to provide simple and quick information over the phone because I may not be buying a trip...

Negative experience: The worst trip!! $2600 down the drain. They sold us a local resort, with no tourists, inedible food, service only in Spanish... Awful, we couldn't wait to return to Quebec. We are so disappointed, especially since they knew that this resort was not suitable!

Negative experience: I will keep the name of the consultant in question to myself, but I was disappointed with the service. I didn't necessarily need to be accompanied to choose my trip, but I wanted to do so to be certain of my choice and because I like to have service. Several times during the process, I wondered why I continued to work with the lady in question, but since I am kind, I wanted to respect her work. In the end, before the departure, I first communicated to know the information I needed for the trip, and she did not respond. A few days before departure, still without news, I asked if it was possible to get my travel tickets, and this time I received them. The biggest disappointment was certainly the trip she recommended to me. Without going into details, she sent me to a place completely opposite to the criteria I had requested. Then, I expressed my disappointment and confusion regarding the reasons that led her to recommend this trip that did not meet my criteria, and I received no news from her. I, who wanted to respect this lady's work, ended up with a bad trip and no respect towards me.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the attitude of an advisor at Laurier DuVallon: Nathalie Legault showed a total lack of professionalism, and because of her, I lost money. Is there an official agency to file a complaint? This girl does not deserve her job. Before purchasing a trip, she tells you and promises you things, and oops, after the purchase, the promises are not kept and there’s no recollection of what was said. If I gave two stars instead of one, it’s because luckily, there are other competent people in this agency. The other person I spoke to, who is in customer service, took care of my case and worked to ensure that I didn’t lose all my money! When I told her about the facts, she was surprised to hear that Nathalie had said that to me, and she agreed that Nathalie had shown a lack of professionalism and had not worked correctly on my case.

Negative experience: Well, those peope can not support the full information about trips. I wanted to go to the trip for a week, would definately go to the 5 stars hotel with all extra etc. So, I called and there was an angry rude woman on the line. I am a permanent resident in Canada but my card was stolen. I went to an immigration site of Canada and read the note that starting the march, 2016 every permanent resident should hold the PR card with them in order to go back to Canada. So, I called this agency to make sure that I might not be able to go. I explaned the situation to that woman and first of all, she did interrupt me, then she said that I should consult myself first and that she can't know everything about all countries. Not professional behavour at all. She does not even understand that it does not matter what country I am coming from because I am already a permanent resident. Not competent at all! I will surely talk about my experience with people I know and will make sure nobody will go to that agency.
