Negative experience: Little cooperation when a problem arises. My mother found several glasses in her room and nothing was done. They missed the bus because of the plane, without any help from Traditour. Here is a photo of the room after it was cleaned.

Sur rendez-vous, nous avons rencontré un conseiller qui nous a accueilli à l'heure et de façon cordiale. Malheureusement nous n'avons pu conclure de transaction à cause de nos exigences particulières, à ce jour précis. Le conseiller s'est donné la peine de nous remettre de la documentation pertinente et d' enregistrer nos coordonnées afin de nous aviser des croisières futures qui répondraient à nos attentes . Très satisfaits de notre rencontre.

Positive experience: Very good

Negative experience: Italy (19 days) with Traditours was very disappointing. Poor quality and repetitive food for at least half of the trip. Hotels different from those mentioned during the information sessions, very far from tourist centers and completely in the middle of nowhere. A hotel change during the trip with no explanation, but much further away (thus 2 hours of transport morning and evening). Traditours' motto: 'In the heart of traditions' perhaps, but certainly not in the heart of the action.
