Negative experience: I had really a disappointed experience with this agency. They asked me to pay by cash otherwise I should pay 3% more!!! Later, I requested to reduce the travel insurance duration, and they wanted to give me $40 credit for the next ticket !!!! So I called directly to the insurance company and submitted the claim. At the end, they refund me $240 !! Insurance company told me "we refunded you $240 and agent (Captain Cook) had to refund you $240 from the first day not $40 credit".
