2 years ago Fantastic experience: A friend of mine recommended Aliguas Travel to me even though we reside in Ontario. When someone recommend a travel agent I would assume they have great reputation. My intention was simple, I didn't want to waste my time with google flight search and trying to hunt down the best deal around. A simple phone call to Aligaus you knew they are the expert. Deo and Aljun has proven that good customer service still exist and that we cannot relay on robot/computer generated service always. I do not leave reviews but I must share my great experience and service that they provided to me and my friend. I highly recommend Aliguas to all my family and friends. A good travel agent is better than dealing with Airline customer service. Thank you ! Deo and Aljun ! Just came back from my trip and I made it home safely.

He is the " GO TO" person when it cones to any travel plans .Speaking from my experience his tasks does not end in just booking you a flight but can go extra miles to serve his clients. 3 years ago Negative experience: I just called to book a flight. But the person I talked to, is like irritated and the way he talked is not approachable. Asking the proper question and dealing a customer is unacceptable. I also work as customer service.
